About the Founder

I am an autism parent first. My journey into SPED Recruiting began through my own child’s experiences and the gaps I witnessed in schools and ABA clinics — inconsistent support, limited 1:1 staffing, and high turnover that directly impacts a child’s progress.


With more than a decade of HR and recruiting experience, I felt called to step in — not as an outsider, but as someone who understands the stakes personally. SPED Recruiting was created to ensure autistic children receive compassionate, qualified, and consistent support. My work is also ministry, advocacy, and stewardship, and I believe every child deserves a team that honors their dignity, supports their growth, and reflects God’s heart for them.


Personally, I enjoy spending quality time with my family, exploring beautiful scenes around the city with my son who loves photography, and serving as a Mentor for the Fort Bend County Juvenile Detention Center, supporting young girls with hope and guidance.
